Bob is flying a kite in the park. He notices that his friend Carl is directly under the kite and it appears that the kite is two times higher than the distance from Bob to Carl. Carl then walks 10 feet closer to Bob and it now appears that when the kite is directly above Carl, it is three times higher than the distance to from Bob to Carl.
About how long is the string on Bob’s kite? Show all of your work.
